Tè nero al bergamotto per il digiuno

I was worried a fasting tea would taste like nothing, but the whole ground bergamot actually comes through — bright and citrusy without any sweetener. It dissolves fast in warm water, no gritty bits at the bottom of the cup. This has quietly replaced my morning coffee.

The ground bergamot from Calabria gives this a genuinely citrusy depth I didn't expect from a black tea. I stir the crystals into 8oz of warm water around 10am and it carries me through till lunch without snacking.
