Swapped my usual brown sugar for this in banana bread and the crust caramelized even better. You can actually taste the date and lucuma instead of just plain sweetness, which I didn't expect from a sugar substitute.

I've been using this in my morning coffee for two weeks and the date sugar gives it a mellow caramel note instead of that flat white-sugar taste. It dissolves slower than regular sugar, so I stir a bit longer, but the lucuma adds a nice depth I didn't expect.

I was skeptical about a sweetener made from three whole fruits, but date sugar, coconut sugar, and lucuma actually blend into coffee without that bitter aftertaste I get from stevia. It dissolves slower than white sugar, so give it a good stir, but the molasses-ish depth is worth it.
