巴西蜂膠噴霧

I keep this on my desk and do two sprays whenever I remember, usually mid-afternoon. The mist is fine and doesn't leave a weird aftertaste like the capsules did. My throat's felt less scratchy these past few weeks, so I'm sticking with it.

Two sprays under my tongue before I leave the house and that's it, no capsules to swallow. The bottle is small enough to toss in my bag, so I actually remember to use it. Been about three weeks and I haven't caught the cold going around my office.
