I've been making this iced instead of my usual afternoon coffee — just shake it with 8oz cold water and it dissolves fine. The roasted flavor is smooth and not bitter at all, even when I forget it and come back later.

Stirring this into 8oz of hot water right at 180°F gives a toasty, almost nutty cup with zero bitterness. I've mostly been drinking it warm in the evenings since it has less caffeine than my usual green tea.
