肉桂斷食草本茶

I was skeptical about the bergamot but it blends so well with the cinnamon that I've swapped my afternoon coffee for this. The crystals dissolve fast in warm water, no gritty bits at the bottom of the cup.

The mint hits first, then that warm cinnamon settles in and keeps me full till lunch. I like that it comes as crystals you just stir into hot water, no tea bag to fish out. Bergamot from Calabria is a nice touch too.

I was skeptical about a tea that's mostly crystals, but the cinnamon and mint combo actually tastes fresh and not fake. It dissolves quickly in warm water and I've been sipping it mid-morning instead of snacking. Only wish the bergamot came through a little stronger.
